• Type of music: What style of music do you want to play? There are a variety of different programs available for learning jazz guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar improvisation, banjo, and more!
• Technique: Does the program teach you proper technique, including hand position and body posture. Does it include exercises on scales, chords, arpeggios to build your fundamental guitar skills?
